Our speakers will present an array of neonatal topics and the medications associated with treating them. Part I will begin with acetaminophen (not just for pain!), caffeine (not just for apnea!), intravenous lipid formulations, and levetiracetam, among others. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the current pharmacotherapeutic options that are available for the topics discussed.
  • Identify situations where individual patient conditions would lead to an alteration of drug therapy.
  • Evaluate alternative pharmacotherapeutic options for application in the neonatal population.
