Discuss the pathophysiology of situs inversus totalis.
Discuss the care of a neonate with VACTERL and situs inversus totalis.

Purpose of this CE Activity: The purpose of this article is to provide a comprehensive review of VACTERL association with a unique perspective, highlight the importance of interdisciplinary communication, and provide
guidance in counseling families.
