Objectives: Upon completion, learners will be able to:

Describe the anatomy and physiology of the preterm lung.
Discuss ventilation modalities used in the neonate and lung protective strategies.
Discuss possible complications of ventilation in extremely preterm neonates.

Learning Outcome: Learners will increase their knowledge of techniques designed to mitigate lung injury while providing adequate ventilation to the tiniest infants.

Participants must be registered for the conference.
Attend at least 90% of each session.
