The purpose of this article is to present a case report and comprehensive discussion of the state of the science on metastatic familial (congenital) neuroblastoma including pertinent genetic influences, pathophysiology, diagnosis, management, treatment, and prognosis.

Purpose of this CE Activity: The purpose of this column is to evaluate therapies with the potential to prevent bronchopulmonary dysplasia, including inhaled nitric oxide, vitamin A, azithromycin, and diuretics.
