Angela Vaughn DNP, APRN, NNP-BC

Angela Vaughn is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner practicing nearly 14 years in level III- IV NICUs and newborn nurseries in Texas. She completed a DNP program in 2109 and currently serves as the Associate Lead NNP in her practice. She along with a team of NNPs have revamped neonatal nutrition assessment in multiple NICUs in North Texas. In addition to neonatal nutrition, Angela participates in other QI projects including placenta phlebotomy practices and developing protocols to assess perinatal mood and anxiety disorders affecting NICU families.
