Outline the delivery room management of an infant with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH).
Describe ventilation strategies recommended for infants with CDH.
Discuss the pharmacologic management of persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn (PPHN) in infants with CDH.
Briefly discuss outcomes for infants with CDH
