Deb Fraser MN, NNP, CNEON(C), FCAN

Deb Fraser is an Associate Professor and Curriculum Lead in the Nurse Practitioner program, Faculty of Health Disciplines, Athabasca University. She holds an appointment in the Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine at the University of Manitoba and is a Clinical Associate in the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Alberta. She is the Executive Director of the Academy of Neonatal Nursing and is the Editor-in-Chief of Neonatal Network. She is the the editor of four nursing textbooks and over 70 book chapters and peer-reviewed articles on topics related to high-risk newborns.
