Donald Dudley MD

Donald Dudley, M.D., is currently the William T. Moore Professor Emertius in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Virginia. He completed a BA in microbiology at the University of Texas in 1976 and then his MD at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1984. Dr. Dudley completed residency in OB/Gyn at the University of Iowa and fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at the University of Utah. In 2014, Dr. Dudley was appointed Director of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and served in this role until 2022. He recently retired from clinical practice but remains active in academic activities.
