Elizabeth Foglia is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania and attending neonatalologist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She is the Director of Neonatal Simulation and Resuscitation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Foglia performs clinical research related to neonatal resuscitation and intubation. She has a particular interest in identifying strategies to optimize respiratory management of high risk infants in the delivery room setting.
Dr. Foglia is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program Steering Committee and the Neonatal Life Support Task Force for the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation.
