Elizabeth Foglia MD, MSCE

Dr. Elizabeth Foglia is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania and attending neonatalologist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Foglia's NIH-funded research focuses on identidying methods to improve the safety and efficacy of neonatal resuscitation and intubation. She is the Scientific Principal Investigator for the American Academy of Pediatrics DRIVE Network, a novel consortium of delivery room hospitals across the US. Dr. Foglia has served on the Neonatal Resuscitation Program Steering Committee and the Neonatal Life Support Task Force for the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation.
