Outline the tests used to diagnose ABO incompatibility.
Discuss a case study of twins with ABO incompatibility.
Outline the physiology of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP).
Describe the diagnostic value of measuring BNP.
Discuss the literature supporting the utility of measuring BNP in neonates

Purpose of this CE Activity: The purpose of this article is to review the pathophysiology and management of ABO incompatability in the
context of dizygotic twins.
