Describe the diagnosis and management of a neonate with 1q43q44 deletion.

Purpose of this CE Activity: The purpose of this article is to present a case study of an infant with 1q43q44 deletion who presented with multiple minor anomalies leading to in-depth workup. diagnosis, management,
education, family support, and long-term care are addressed.
