Objectives: Upon completion, learners will be able to:

Describe how neurally adjusted ventilatory assist (NAVA) works.
Describe NAVA implementation in premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome.

Learning Outcome: Learners will gain knowledge regarding the difference between NIPPV and NIV-NAVA and which mode can best assist in early extubation.

Attend at least 90% of each session.
