Melissa Dollings PhD, APRN, NNP-BC

Dr. Melissa Dollings has worked in the neonatal field for 23 years, evolving from bedside RN to Transport RN to Clinical Coordinator and finally Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in 2008. She obtained her NNP from Vanderbilt University and her PhD from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has been the Lead Advanced Practice Provider in the NICU at Children's Hospital of Richmond for 3 years. Her clinical and research interests lie in Nutrition, Necrotizing Enterocolitis and the Intestinal Microbiome.
