Michele K. Savin DNP, APRN, NNP-BC, CNE, FAWHONN

Dr. Michele Savin has worked with women and children for over 35 years. As the Director of the Jefferson College of Nursing NNP program she is responsible for the growth and development of novice NNP’s from around the country. Her clinical practice is with Nemours Children’s Health. Michele presents locally and nationally on neonatal topics and those related to curriculum, health literacy, and improving communication. She has a passion for provider and consumer education and believes that every clinician should look for the why behind the what in practice. Michele’s volunteer work includes being a Neonatal Faculty Group moderator and a review editor for several journals. Michele is currently assisting Project HOPE to improve the care of infants in Africa.
