Misty Lilinoe N. Smith DNP, APRN, NNP-BC

Misty Lilinoe Napualokelani Smith is a doctorally prepared NNP, who completed her studies at Vanderbilt University. She returned home to Hawai?i after 20 years in the pacific northwest and joined our team over 4 years ago at the Hawai?i Pacific Health Medical Group’s Kapi?olani Medical Center for Women & Children as an NNP and is also a Lecturer for the University of Hawai’i’s School of Nursing DNP program. Misty has been in the NICU for almost 20 years and is passionate about quality improvement, patient and family advocacy, and strengthening and sustaining community partnerships through education, simulation, and team building. She is grateful for the opportunity to be a panelist today and a member of the planning committee.
