Sarah Fox MS, RNC-NIC

Sarah Fox brings over two decades of experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the University of Maryland Medical Center, complemented by her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing. As a Senior Clinical Nurse II and founding member of the NICU Advisory Council, she combines her clinical expertise, leadership and passion for family centered care to make an impact. Throughout her career, she has worked tirelessly to support families through difficult times, offering both expertise and emotional guidance as they navigate the NICU journey. Her contributions extend to shaping the next generation of nurses through mentorship and orientation. Outside of work, Sarah is a devoted wife and mother of four children.
