Webra has over 40 years of experience in neonatal critical care with > 25 in neonatal transport. With an ongoing neonatal clinical practice, her current position(s) includes teaching yoga and resiliency skills to health care providers, stroke survivors/ care givers and those with persistent pain. She facilitates Dad groups incorporating yoga/resiliency skills to share with their partners/children. Webra has presented at national/ international meetings. She has formal education on integrative medicine strategies. She has been on various committees/university faculty for didactic, interactive and simulation programs. Webra was on the RISE team (Resilience in Stressful Events) at Johns Hopkins. She is interested in the impact stressful/critical incidents have on the nursing/medical staff.
