Objectives: Upon completion, learners will be able to:

Describe what the future seems to hold for the neonatal nurse practitioner.
Identify if the future of the NNP is different by education level, region, and/or full practice authority state designation.
Identify perceived barriers to the future of the NNP role, including role development, gaps in overall team dynamics, and health care organization inequities.

Learning Outcome: Learners will listen, participate and learn about the current thought regarding NNPs' future in hospital care, education, and other venues.

Participants must be registered for the conference.
Attend at least 90% of each session.
Complete evaluations to earn continuing professional development contact hours.
